2. Who can buy from USAB2BHub?

USAB2BHub is primarily designed for legitimate business customers, including retailers, specialty grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, foodservice operators, wholesalers, distributors, resellers, and other qualified businesses.

Wholesale access may require business verification and account approval.

3. Is USAB2BHub for consumers or businesses?

USAB2BHub is primarily a B2B wholesale marketplace. Products are generally offered for resale, commercial use, or other business purposes rather than ordinary consumer retail purchases unless a product is specifically offered otherwise.

4. What types of products are available on USAB2BHub?

USAB2BHub offers wholesale products from approved vendors and brands. Marketplace categories may include food and beverages, oils and vinegars, spices, dairy products, nuts and dried fruits, rice, sweets, drinks, tea, coffee, and other wholesale consumer products.

Available products may change as vendors add, remove, or update inventory.

5. Does USAB2BHub sell products directly?

USAB2BHub may offer products directly and may also allow approved third-party vendors to list and sell their products through the marketplace.

Depending on the order, the applicable vendor may be responsible for inventory, product information, fulfillment, shipping, warranties, or returns.

6. Do I need an account to see wholesale prices?

Yes. Wholesale pricing and certain ordering features may be restricted to registered and approved business users.

Products may display "Registration Required" or require you to log in before accessing wholesale pricing and purchasing information.

7. How do I register for a USAB2BHub account?

You can create an account through the USAB2BHub registration page. Registration may request your name, phone number, address, business or company name, email address, password, and other required information.

Additional business documentation may be requested during the wholesale account approval process.

8. What information may be required to approve my wholesale account?

USAB2BHub may request information such as:

  • Business registration information
  • Resale certificate
  • Sales-tax permit
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN)
  • Business address
  • Store or website information
  • Identification or other verification documents

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee approval.

9. Why does USAB2BHub verify business accounts?

Business verification helps USAB2BHub maintain a business-to-business wholesale environment, verify wholesale eligibility, manage marketplace risk, comply with applicable laws, and provide approved buyers with access to wholesale pricing and ordering features.

Pricing & Ordering

10. Are USAB2BHub prices wholesale prices?

Products available to approved business accounts may be offered at wholesale pricing.

Prices can vary according to quantity, buyer account, location, vendor, promotion, or negotiated agreement.

Shipping, taxes, duties, deposits, handling, or other charges may not always be included in the displayed product price.

11. Are there minimum order quantities?

There may be. Individual products or vendors can establish:

  • Minimum order values
  • Minimum quantities
  • Case-pack requirements
  • Pallet requirements
  • Vendor minimums
  • Geographic delivery minimums

The applicable minimum may appear on the product page, vendor page, cart, quotation, or order confirmation.

12. What payment methods does USAB2BHub accept?

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, approved credit terms, or other payment methods presented during checkout.

Available options may vary according to the customer, vendor, or transaction.

13. Is an order confirmed immediately after I submit it?

Not necessarily. Submitting an order is considered an offer to purchase, and an automatic confirmation does not always mean the order has received final acceptance.

Orders may be reviewed for inventory availability, payment authorization, account verification, vendor acceptance, shipping restrictions, minimum-order requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Shipping & Pickup

14. How does USAB2BHub ship wholesale orders?

Depending on the product, order size, destination, and vendor, shipping may be provided through:

  • Parcel carriers
  • Less-than-truckload (LTL) freight
  • Full truckload
  • Local delivery
  • Vendor delivery
  • Customer pickup
  • Third-party logistics providers
15. How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges may be calculated during checkout, after the order is reviewed, through a separate freight quotation, according to vendor shipping terms, or through an agreed customer shipping rate.

Additional charges can apply for liftgate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, limited-access locations, or other special freight requirements.

16. Can I pick up my wholesale order?

Yes. Customer pickup may be available for eligible orders. Pickup availability depends on the product and vendor.

Customers collecting an approved pickup order may be required to provide an order confirmation, business name, identification, vehicle information, or authorization from the account holder.

17. Are delivery dates guaranteed?

Delivery dates and transit times are generally estimates rather than guarantees unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Delivery can be affected by inventory availability, carriers, weather, traffic, inspections, customs, shortages, address problems, delivery appointments, and other circumstances.

18. What should I do if my freight shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect pallets, cartons, and products before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Visible damage or shortages should be documented on the receipt, and photographs should be taken when possible.

Concealed damage should generally be reported within three business days of delivery unless the applicable product or vendor requires a shorter period.

19. What should I do if products are missing or incorrect?

Missing, short-shipped, or incorrect products should generally be reported within three business days of delivery.

Provide the order number, SKU or item number, quantity ordered, quantity received, photographs, packing slip, and delivery receipt when applicable.

Returns

20. Can wholesale products be returned?

Eligible returns require prior authorization. Customers should not ship a return without receiving written return authorization from USAB2BHub or the applicable vendor.

Vendor-specific and product-specific return requirements may apply.

21. How long do I have to request a return?

Unless a different return period is shown on the product page or in the vendor's terms, eligible return requests should generally be submitted within seven calendar days after delivery.

Return approval is not guaranteed because wholesale transactions may have stricter return requirements than ordinary retail purchases.

22. Are food and beverage products returnable?

Food and beverage products are generally nonreturnable unless they were shipped incorrectly, arrived damaged, or were confirmed defective.

Perishable, temperature-sensitive, opened, used, or partially used products may also be nonreturnable.
